1 Introduction

3 Account Registration and Security

Each individual may register one dun55 account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, Pakistani mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. If dun55 identifies that a player holds multiple accounts, all associated accounts may be suspended, any bonus balances may be forfeited, and any pending withdrawals may be withheld pending investigation.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dun55 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your dun55 account credentials with any third party. USDT deposits are converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction, as determined by dun55.

Deposits are credited to your dun55 PKR wallet as quickly as technically possible. For Easypaisa and JazzCash transactions, credits are typically processed within 60 seconds. For USDT deposits, processing time depends on blockchain confirmation times and may take longer. dun55 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or blockchain network congestion.

dun55 does not accept deposits made using funds derived from criminal activity. Any player found to have deposited proceeds of crime into their dun55 PKR wallet will have their account suspended immediately, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests from your dun55 PKR wallet will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within 24 hours of approval. USDT withdrawals are subject to blockchain processing times.

Identity verification is required for all withdrawal requests above the applicable PKR threshold displayed in your dun55 account. Players who have not completed KYC verification may have withdrawal requests held pending the completion of the verification process.

• Bonus funds credited to your dun55 PKR wallet must meet the applicable wagering requirements in full before they become eligible for withdrawal.

10 Intellectual Property

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any dun55 intellectual property without express prior written permission from dun55.

The dun55 name, logo, and all associated brand elements are proprietary. Unauthorised use of the dun55 brand — including impersonation of the dun55 platform via social media accounts, copycat websites, or any other medium — is prohibited and may result in legal action.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dun55 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the dun55 platform or any dun55 service, including but not limited to:

• Loss of PKR wallet funds resulting from unauthorised access to your dun55 account due to your own failure to maintain credential security.
• Losses arising from temporary unavailability of the dun55 platform due to scheduled maintenance or unforeseen technical issues.
• Losses arising from delays in payment processing by third-party Pakistani payment providers (Easypaisa, JazzCash, HBL, Raast).

dun55's total liability to any player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their dun55 PKR wallet in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.
